ORDER INFORMATION Orders can be placed on our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at

ORDER PROCESSING Most of our items are made to order. Please allow 2-4 days business days for us to complete your order and carefully package and ship. If we have all of your items on hand, then your order will ship sooner.

SHIPPING To keep shipping simple, we use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We do limited shipping to other countries outside the US. If you are interested in placing an order and are in a country other then the US. Please send us a list of what products you are interested in and where you are located and we will contact you regarding shipping. Our shopping cart can not accurately calculate international shipping but we will calculate actual shipping. We reserve the right to not allow orders from certain countries so please state location when writing to There are certain items we will NOT ship out of the country - Room & Linen Spray, Body & Hair Mist & Hand Sanitizer Gel due to ingredients in these products so please do not order them.

PAYMENTS We prefer payments by Paypal. PayPal now accepts credit card payments even if you do not have a PayPal account. We find PayPal to be the easiest, most direct way to accept and process your payment quickly. Visit for more information. We do accept check or money order. All products will made after your check clears our bank, usually within 7-10 days and will be shipped after that. Any check returned will incur a $30.00 processing fee.

SALES TAX Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax on their order.

RETURNS Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns. If you do not like a fragrance or decide an item is too strong or too weak for you, we apologize. There is a standard percetage of fragrance that goes into our products just as other bath & body companies out there. If you have an extremely sensitive nose, consider our unscented and uncolored products. We are always happy to accommodate requests if possible. If your product was damanged in shipping, please contact us immediately. Please keep in mind that our products are produced by hand and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape may occur.

PACKAGING MATERIAL & RECYCLING Sandi's Soap Scents is committed to recycling. We recycle all packaging materials that we receive from our suppliers (packing peanuts, bubble wrap & boxes if possible). When it is necessary to purchase packing peanuts, we only purchase the bio-degradable variety.

SAMPLES With every order placed we like to include samples in your box. If there is a specific fragrance you are wanting to try, please include that information on the special instruction section on the order page. We do our best to provide the scent you would like if we have those samples on hand, if not we will substitute it with a sample of our choice. Feel free to list a few choices in case we may not have your first choice scent available in a sample at the moment.
